The Vietnam Veterans Museum is located on Phillip Island and is a must see for all of us who are interested in what went on in that country with our serving diggers. We will also visit Churchill Island where they serve a very nice lunch from sandwiches to cooked meals. There is a lot to see on this island, as it is a fully working historical farm.

We will meet at the car park opposite the United Service Station (Pie Face) on the South Gippsland Hwy in Tooradin. We will leave Tooradin at 9.30am and head for Korrumburra, where we will stop for 30 minutes for a cup off coffee and toilet break at Kelly’s Bakery.

Continuing on we will head for Phillip Island stopping at Killcunda for a photo shot of this magnificent coastline, then onto the Island and the Vets Museum; they also serve coffee and cake in their shop. I think 60 to 90 minutes is long enough to see the museum, then off to lunch.

There is an entry fee to the museum - usually $15, if we have 10 or more attending the cost will be $10 each. There will be no charge at Churchill Island as we are only there for lunch at the café.

GIPPSLAND MEMBERS..... Jo and Noel (hopefully he's mended!) will leave BP Gunn's Gully at 9am SHARP to ride to Korumburra, meeting the Tooradin group around 10am for coffee. Hope to see you there!
