Description
This is one of David’s strangest rides ever - a journey around the wild west side of the city with a hodge-podge of sights and places to visit. It's a short half day squiggly pretzel-shaped ride. If you like non-stop riding then this event may not suit you. But if you want to learn more about the city you live in, then come on this discovery tour.

See some fine views, gorges and city infrastructure. Explore the few remaining market gardens, so close to the city, before they are eaten up by cheek-by-jowl McMansions. Get up close and personal with a massive prickly pear. There are some deliberate blind alleys on this ride so expect David to lead you up the garden path... and back again. Why, there’s even an old wooden bridge to admire. Of course there is David ;-)

We'll do a bit of plane spotting, although flights are few and far between now, then pass through the surreal landscape of concrete box warehouses where all our overseas online shopping stuff hits Melbourne. It gets even stranger from here. Intrigued? Well you’ll just have to come along with us to discover the Wonders of the West.
