The VCoA organizers and other early arrivals are meeting over dinner at the Precinct Bar. Vespa Club Brisbane will also be in town. You can join us or drop by.

7:00 – 9:00 PM EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION: at the Precinct Bar & Restaurant, 60-62 Faithfull Street, Wangaratta.
A low key day focussed upon arrival and registration. We're expecting everyone to pass through Apex Park over the day and our aim is to complete nearly all registrations today.
You need: Your event ticket and ID. A wristband - GOLD or BLUE - if attending an organized ride.

Collect your kit and join us for a welcome BBQ, coffee & tea, courtesy of the Vespa Club of Melbourne.

You can take part in the Slow Ride competition organized by the Vespa Club Brisbane. Winner to be announced at the Gala Dinner.
11:00 AM OPENING CEREMONY & WELCOME TO COUNTRY. At the Apex park pavillion.

5.30 - 6.30 PM APERITIVO DE PRESIDENTI. A special pre-dinner get together with all the VCoA Presidents. The 'Sun Room' at the Pinsent Hotel.
6:00 – 8:00 PM LATE REGISTRATIONS: Will be available at the PINSENT HOTEL 20 Reid Steet.
The Vespa Club of Australia will be having dinner here and we have 50 spaces booked if you wish to join us. There are many other choices for eating throughout the town for you also.
A busy day with a big breakfast and show and shine meet in the morning, followed by rides, and ending with the Gala Dinner in the evening.
You need: A wristband - GOLD or BLUE - to enter the Park. Your Breakfast Voucher. Your completed Show and Shine card if you are participating.

It's not the destination but the experience! Let's see how many Vespa we can get out for a short celebratory mass return ride to Glenrowan. 100?
Dress up your Vespa in its finest - banners and pennants - and join a procession led by the VCoA club Presidents who'll set a slow steady pace for all riders.
We understand that many will be packing, checking out, and planning rides home, but please join us for this short good-bye ride if you can.
Assemble from 7.30 AM, Reid St, around Pinsent Hotel and Aldi Car Park. Departing 8.00 AM sharp. MAP
We'll take a fairly direct route with few corners given the expected ride size, stop in Glenrowan for the ubiquitous Big Ned photo shoot, arriving back in Wang at 9 AM for breakfast.

Bertsy & Co Café, 34a Ovens Street. Opening exclusively for you this morning. They'll welcome you and cater for up to 70. The morning Cavalcade will finish here at 9.00 AM.
